Tawazon World

TAWAZON’s projects span a broad range of activities that focus on sociocultural, educational, economic and environmental projects.

Through its projects, TAWAZON's objective is to empower the most deprived families in Lebanon (especially during the economic meltdown and following the tragic explosion of Aug 4th) to live in dignity and leading them to self-sufficiency.


Job Finding Programs

Job Finding Programs

TAWAZON’s employment office facilitates contacts between employers and job seekers, while actively searching for work opportunities. Based on this understanding, TAWAZON has established two extensible databases, one for employers and companies and the other for job seekers.
University-to-work Transition Programs

University-to-work Transition Programs

TAWAZON provides regular workshops and professional training for fresh and almost graduates in order to sharpen their knowledge and skills that are necessary for the job market. These innovative training programs aim to integrate students into the job market, while improving the participants’ professional communication skills, work readiness, and organizational and work environment skills. With these new capabilities, participants are referred to TAWAZON’s job-matching services in order to find employment and take a step in the right direction.

TAWAZON is responsible for cultivating professionals who, in response to the needs of communities in developing areas, can contribute to the establishment of internal capacity that will lead to comprehensive and sustainable development for the communities.

TAWAZON aims at developing the capacities of women and girls who had been marginalized in the society due to several reasons. This will be achieved through serious coaching and mentoring activities.

TAWAZON provides vocational training to empower people in need to find a decent job that can cover the family expenses and secure a respectful living.
Innovative Project Funding

Innovative Project Funding

By approaching high-schools and universities, TAWAZON offers to support students in need involved in any form of innovative project with necessary scaffolding, including coaching and funding to enable the completion and success of said project. In return, as part of the cost share, these individuals are reminded to care for others in the future who might need a helping hand in the work field.
